This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Share Your Information
We may share the personal information we collect, including your name, email address, and phone number, with:
- Real estate agents and brokers affiliated with Safety Realty Corp, to respond to your inquiries and provide brokerage services.
- Data processing partners that help us operate the Site, manage customer relationships, and process communications and transactions.
- Marketing partners, including email, SMS, and digital advertising platforms, to deliver marketing communications and advertisements on our behalf.
- MLS/IDX providers, to the extent required to display, verify, or license property listing data.
