Safety Realty Corp provides an online platform where users can search residential and commercial property listings sourced from Multiple Listing Services (“MLS”) and Internet Data Exchange (“IDX”) feeds, request information, schedule showings, and connect with licensed real estate agents to assist with buying, selling, or renting property throughout the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Site.

Property listing information displayed on the Site is provided by MLS/IDX feeds and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by Safety Realty Corp or the applicable MLS. Listings may contain typographical errors, may be subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice, and should be independently verified. Square footage, lot size, school assignments, taxes, and other figures are approximate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
